PINFOX stores details of staff members' DPhil themes and collaborations.
These can be edited via your NDM website profile or via the Pinfox system directly.
Themes and collaborations are then shown on the websites.
If you have a profile on an NDM (Haiku) website then you can access Pinox via the orange NDM Dashboard button your primary website profile. This is the profile which are you are able to login and edit, not one which is automatically updated from your primary profile.
Alternatively, PINFOX can be accessed directly at https://tools.ndm.ox.ac.uk/pinfox. This is mainly to allow those without an NDM website profile and/or an Oxford SSO username to be able to access the system
Login using your Oxford single-sign-on authentication details or if you have been provided with a username and password with the Pinfox system you can use the Local Authentication option.
If you don't currently have access to the system you can request access by clicking the "Request Access" screen and giving details of your requirements.
From within your primary website profile click on the orange NDM Dashboard button or if accessing the Pinfox directly, click your SSO username in the top right corner.
From your profile details page expand the Collaborations section
Click Edit Collaborators
Change the order of existing collaborators by dragging them using the icons to the left of the rows
To add a collaborator:
From your profile details page expand the DPhil themes section
Your existing existing themes are listed and you can click on these to view and edit their details
To add a new DPhil theme:
Note: new DPhil themes will not be visible on live websites until they have been reviewed by the Graduate Studies Team. You can trigger an email to the Graduate Studies Team to say you consider a theme to be ready to publish by clicking the "DPhil Theme Ready To Publish" button
If you experience any difficulties using the system or would like to make any suggestions about its development please email systems@ndm.ox.ac.uk
