About PINFOX and the NDM Dashboard

PINFOX stores details of staff members' DPhil themes and collaborations.

These can be edited via your NDM website profile or via the Pinfox system directly.

Themes and collaborations are then shown on the websites.

Accessing the system

If you have a profile on an NDM (Haiku) website then you can access Pinox via the orange NDM Dashboard button your primary website profile. This is the profile which are you are able to login and edit, not one which is automatically updated from your primary profile.

Alternatively, PINFOX can be accessed directly at https://tools.ndm.ox.ac.uk/pinfox. This is mainly to allow those without an NDM website profile and/or an Oxford SSO username to be able to access the system

Login using your Oxford single-sign-on authentication details or if you have been provided with a username and password with the Pinfox system you can use the Local Authentication option.

If you don't currently have access to the system you can request access by clicking the "Request Access" screen and giving details of your requirements.

Viewing your profile details

From within your primary website profile click on the orange NDM Dashboard button or if accessing the Pinfox directly, click your SSO username in the top right corner.
